What counts as a "lead"?
A lead is a unique person Stride contacts. Re-engagement of a previous lead does not count as a new one. Leads roll over month to month.
Do I need to bring my own mailboxes?
Yes. Stride sends from your mailboxes (Gmail or Outlook) so deliverability and reputation belong to you. We rotate sends across mailboxes you connect.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans are month-to-month, cancel any time. Annual plans cancel at the end of the term — no auto-renewal lock-in.
Is my prospect data private?
Yes. Your prospect lists are tenant-isolated and never used to train shared models. SOC 2 Type II audited annually. Custom DPA on Scale.
